A Maze’N Things Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, entering A Maze’N Things, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all guests, ticket holders, supervising adults, group bookings, birthday parties, school groups and visitors.
General entry
All guests must hold a valid ticket, pass, booking confirmation or approved entry entitlement to enter A Maze’N Things.
Tickets must be presented on arrival and may be checked by our team at any time during your visit.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents, guardians and supervising adults are responsible for the behaviour, safety and wellbeing of the children in their care.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the venue where we reasonably consider it necessary for safety, security, operational or behavioural reasons.
Tickets and bookings
Tickets are sold via ROLLER through booking links on the A Maze’N Things website.
Tickets are valid only for the date, session, product or experience selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Prices, inclusions, opening hours, sessions, attractions and ticket types may change without notice.
Online bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Guests are responsible for checking booking details before completing payment, including the date, time, ticket type, number of guests and any add-ons.
Any booking fees, card fees or third-party platform fees are subject to the terms of the relevant booking provider.
Refunds, cancellations and changes
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival, personal circumstances, travel disruption or where a guest is unable to attend for reasons outside our control.
Where permitted, ticket changes may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to availability, notice periods, price differences or administration requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide that remedy.
Refunds, credits or date changes will not be provided where a guest has been refused entry or removed from the venue due to breach of these Terms, unsafe behaviour, failure to follow staff instructions or inappropriate conduct.
SkyTrail weather policy
SkyTrail may be affected by weather, including rain, storms, lightning, high winds, extreme heat, poor visibility or other conditions that make operation unsafe or unsuitable.
If SkyTrail cannot operate due to weather or safety conditions, guests with a valid SkyTrail ticket may be offered a refund or the option to move their booking to another available date.
SkyTrail operation is at the discretion of A Maze’N Things management and staff. Safety decisions are final.
Late arrival and missed sessions
Guests should arrive in time for their booked session or experience.
Late arrival may result in reduced experience time, missed activities or forfeiture of the booking. We are not required to extend sessions, move bookings or provide refunds for late arrival.
Opening hours and attraction availability
Opening hours, attraction availability and session times may vary due to weather, maintenance, private events, staffing, safety requirements, refurbishment, emergency situations or other operational reasons.
Not all attractions, exhibits or experiences may be available at all times.
We will make reasonable efforts to update guests where significant changes occur, but we do not guarantee that every attraction will be available on the day of your visit.
Closure
We may impose restrictions or limitations on access to the venue, attractions, experiences, exhibits or facilities at any time.
We may close attractions, experiences, exhibits or the venue on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety concerns, refurbishment, maintenance, power outage, emergency, acts of God, government direction, operational requirements or other reasons.
Where the venue is fully closed by us and your ticket cannot be used, we may offer a date change, credit or refund where required by law or at our discretion.
Safety and guest responsibility
Guests enter and participate at their own risk, subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Guests must act safely and responsibly, follow all posted signage, listen to staff instructions and use attractions only as directed.
Guests must not run, climb, push, damage exhibits, behave aggressively, enter restricted areas or interfere with venue equipment.
Some areas may include dark spaces, uneven surfaces, enclosed areas, optical illusions, stairs, ramps, moving effects, sensory effects or confined passages. Guests should consider their own health, mobility, sensory needs and medical conditions before participating.
Guests with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations, sensory sensitivities or other concerns should seek advice from staff before participating in any attraction.
Accessibility
A Maze’N Things is not an accessible venue. Due to the nature and layout of the attractions, including stairs, ramps, narrow spaces, uneven surfaces, enclosed areas, darkened spaces and interactive exhibits, many areas are not suitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids, prams or guests with limited mobility.
Guests with accessibility needs, mobility considerations, sensory sensitivities or medical concerns are encouraged to contact us before visiting so we can provide current information about access and suitability.
A valid Companion Card may be used where presented. Companion Card entry applies to the companion supporting the cardholder and must be shown at the time of entry or booking, where required.
Prams, strollers and large items
For safety, space and operational reasons, prams, strollers, large bags, trolleys, carts, luggage and oversized items are not permitted inside A Maze’N Things attractions or indoor experience areas.
A Maze’N Things does not provide pram parking. Guests are asked to leave prams, strollers and large items in their vehicle before entering.
Items brought into the venue remain the responsibility of the owner. A Maze’N Things is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, except where required by law.
We recommend baby carriers for infants where practical.
Children and supervision
A Maze’N Things is a family attraction, but children must be actively supervised.
Supervising adults must remain with children and ensure they follow all venue rules, safety directions and staff instructions.
Children must not be left unattended at any time.
We may refuse entry to, or remove, groups where supervision is inadequate or where children are behaving in a way that may cause harm, disruption or damage.
Behaviour and conduct
We want A Maze’N Things to be safe, fun and welcoming for all guests.
Guests must not engage in:
- aggressive, abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour
- unsafe play or rough behaviour
- queue jumping
- vandalism or damage to property
- smoking or vaping outside designated areas
- intoxicated or disorderly behaviour
- harassment of staff or other guests
- behaviour that disrupts the experience of others
We may refuse entry, remove guests from the venue or contact police or emergency services where required. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Damage to property
Guests must not damage, misuse, remove or interfere with venue property, attractions, exhibits, signage, equipment, theming, furniture, technology or facilities.
Where damage is caused deliberately, recklessly or negligently by a guest, child, group member or person under a supervising adult’s care, A Maze’N Things may seek to recover reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning or associated costs, where permitted by law.
Parents, guardians and supervising adults may be responsible for damage caused by children or guests in their care.
Food, drinks and alcohol
Food and drinks may only be consumed in approved areas.
Alcohol may be sold from the cafe where permitted. Alcohol purchased onsite must only be consumed in areas clearly marked or approved by A Maze’N Things.
Alcohol must not be taken into attractions, play areas, restricted areas or any area where alcohol consumption is not permitted.
A Maze’N Things reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol, remove alcohol, or ask guests to leave where behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, intoxicated or disruptive.
Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Photography, filming and media
Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos for private, non-commercial use, provided this does not disrupt the experience, breach safety rules or impact the privacy of other guests.
Commercial photography, filming, live streaming, media shoots, influencer collaborations, drone use or professional equipment are not permitted without prior written approval.
By entering A Maze’N Things, you acknowledge that photography or filming may occur for marketing, promotional, training, security or operational purposes.
Where possible, we will take reasonable care when capturing identifiable images of guests, particularly children. If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in close-up or identifiable promotional photography or video, please notify our team on arrival or speak to the photographer at the time.
Guests must not photograph or film other guests in a way that is intrusive, inappropriate or unreasonable.
